1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using EASY BREEZY ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use EASY BREEZY.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all local laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
  • EASY BREEZY is not available in countries where cryptocurrency or faucet services are prohibited by law.

3. Account Registration

You may create only one account per person. Multiple accounts will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate, truthful information during registration and keep it updated. You are liable for all activities conducted under your account.

4. Prohibited Activities

Users agree NOT to:

  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to claim rewards or complete tasks.
  • Use VPNs, proxies, or other methods to bypass geographical restrictions or claim limits.
  • Refer yourself using multiple accounts or fraudulent methods.
  • Engage in fraud, phishing, or any malicious activity.
  • Resell or transfer account access to third parties.
  • Participate in click farms or coordinate with others to artificially inflate earnings.
  • Abuse the referral program through fake referrals or incentivized clicks.

Violation of these terms will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balance without refund.

5. Rewards and Earnings

Rewards are provided "as-is" and EASY BREEZY reserves the right to modify reward amounts at any time without notice. All earnings are held in a virtual balance and have no real-world value until successfully withdrawn. EASY BREEZY does not guarantee a minimum earning rate or any specific income level. Earnings may take time to reflect in your account due to processing delays.

6. Withdrawals

Minimum withdrawal amount is $0.05 USD equivalent. Withdrawals are processed to FaucetPay or other configured payment methods. Processing times vary. EASY BREEZY is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or blockchain networks. Withdrawal requests may be reviewed and denied if fraudulent activity is suspected. Once a withdrawal is initiated, it cannot be reversed.

7. Third-Party Content and Links

EASY BREEZY displays advertisements and sponsored links from third parties. EASY BREEZY is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of third-party content. Users access third-party websites at their own risk. EASY BREEZY does not endorse any third-party products, services, or websites.

8. PTC Views and Surfing

PTC (Paid-to-Click) tasks and surfing activities require you to visit advertiser websites for specified durations. You must view content for the full required time; failure to do so will result in non-payment. Clicking away or minimizing the window before the timer expires will void the reward. Repeated abuse of these features may result in account suspension.

9. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit (referral links, profile information, etc.). You grant EASY BREEZY a royalty-free license to use such content for operational purposes.

10. Limitation of Liability

EASY BREEZY is provided "as-is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EASY BREEZY shall not be liable for loss of earnings or balance, service interruptions or technical failures, third-party actions or payment processor failures, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless EASY BREEZY and its operators from any claims, damages, or legal expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

12. Termination

EASY BREEZY reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms, fraudulent or suspicious activity, or non-compliance with applicable laws. Upon termination, your balance may be forfeited without refund.

13. Changes to Terms

EASY BREEZY may modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable law.
